return & exchange policy

If you received you order and want to make a change, please email us at glitzhaircollection@gmail.com. Tell us the product you received and the product you would like to exchange for. Your product must be received in it's original packaging. When shipping back your product, please include the order number and details of the exchange. We strongly recommend insurance and tracking in case there are any carrier issues.

At Glitz by JP, we are committed to providing you hair a cut above the Rest! This commitment is not just for our hair but our process as well. To ensure that all orders that are placed are thoroughly processed, we ask that you allow 3 to 5 business days. We ship Monday through Friday, with a standard shipping of 3 to 5 business days. During major sales and holidays, our shipping time will be 7 to 10 business days for delivery. We recommend making your hair appointments around these time frames. Orders must be placed before 1:00 EST to process same day. There is no shipping on weekends and holidays!
