Processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Days do not include weekends or holidays. These times may be extended due to COVID and during the holidays. We mainly go through UPS and FEDEX for all orders being picked up from our salon and their delivery times do change. Please allow at least 7-10 days for any orders that are not in stock to be available for pick-up. A Pick-Up ready email will be sent when orders arrive. Your order confirmation email will state the current processing time and tracking number for all orders being shipped. Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is within 5 days. Please note delivery updates are estimated, NOT guaranteed. We do not offer express/overnight shipping at this time!

Our Raw Hair is imported from the country of India and Cambodia, the orgin and each bundle comes from one donor, mostly one length to ensure fullness. Pattern of hair comes directly from donor, no steamed curls or waves. No two bundles are alike, giving you natural dimensions in tones and textures. Hair can last 2+ years with proper care. Our Premium Hair is imported from country of orgin and the patterns are steamed in a uniformed look. They come in natural dark brown colors and can last up to 2 years with proper care.

- We advise that 2 bundles should be purchased for 12-16 inch for a "natural look" and 3 bundles for a full look. - For 18-24 inches 3 bundles should be purchased for a full look - For 24-30 inches 3-5 bundles should be purchased for a full and "natural" look - With our Raw hair being 4oz bundles, 2 bundles are enough for 12-16".

Absolutely! Ask about our custom coloring today. Glitz hair extensions are 100% human hair and is advised that if Glitz does not do the coloring that you seek professional assistance.

Yes. Closures may bald over time. However, Glitz inspects all closures for balding & shedding before distribution. As always once product is received please check. If any shedding occurs, give us a call. Otherwise, it is in perfect conditions!

Our hair can last up to 2+ years and even longer for our Raw Hair if taken care properly. Remember you should treat you bundles as if it were your natural hair. Ladies, don't neglect your natural hair. Sew-ins shouldnt stay in longer than 8 weeks.

All our units are based upon order because all are custom made by sewing machine. Units take 7-14 business days depending on the business volume. We will contact you as soon as your unit is complete for pick-up or when your unit has shipped. Our Glitz by J.P custom units are tailored to you and you only! We advise you to come into the salon for a consultation to ensure proper meaurements and style. We will discuss pricing and other custom options that are available.
